How information is handled.
AutoCreditNet.com is an automotive finance lead-source provider. This page explains, in general terms, how information submitted through this website is used and protected.
Information you provide
When you complete our secure credit application, you may provide contact, identification, residence, employment, income, vehicle and other information needed for a vehicle-financing request. The application may include sensitive information such as your Social Security number and date of birth.
How application information is used
Application information is used to process your request and connect you with a participating automobile dealer. As authorized on the application, participating dealers and their available financing sources may use information necessary to evaluate your credit request and may contact you regarding your application, vehicle needs and possible financing.
Security
Credit applications are submitted over HTTPS. Sensitive application details are stored in encrypted form on the AutoCreditNet server and are intentionally excluded from application-notification emails.
Website analytics
AutoCreditNet uses Google Analytics to help understand website traffic and usage. Analytics technology may collect information about your browser, device and interaction with the website according to Google’s applicable privacy practices.
Financing decisions
AutoCreditNet is not a lender and does not make credit decisions or provide vehicle financing. Participating automobile dealers and their available financing sources determine approval, rates, terms and other financing requirements.
